Wherever you are.
Classes take place online, in the comfort of your own home... or backyard... or beach - wherever you'd like!
Ashley is located in Australia. Classes are scheduled in AEST time zone.
In person classes are available for local clients.
It is common to feel nervous or uncertain before your first class, especially when you're stepping into the unknown and trying something new.
This nervousness is often a sign that you're about to make a powerful shift.
Embracing this discomfort is where true transformation happens, as your body, mind and energy start to align.
Before your class...
Drink lots of water to ensure you are hydrated. Adding electrolytes to your water can help your body stay properly hydrated and support muscle and nerve function, which supports your overall healing process.
Have a healthy meal/snack prior to your class.
Dress in comfortable clothing.
Please do your best to block off your schedule for the remainder part of your day. It is important you allow time for integration after your class. This is not something you want to squeeze into your busy day, or on your lunch hour at work.
Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. Set up your laptop. Have a yoga mat or mattress for you to lay on during class. Ensure your camera can see your full body where you will be lying.
Bring a pen and journal to class
Every class offers a different experience.
Some classes you may have an internal experience and feel very relaxed, while other classes may bring up intense feelings or emotions.
It's common to experience sensations such as tingling, subtle muscle twitches, the urge to stretch or reposition, an emotional release, changes in body temperature like sweating or shivering, clearing your throat, sudden clarity or insight, or even a deep, restful sleep.
Whatever arises, you will be held in a safe space to release, reset, and reconnect with yourself in the way your body most needs.
The same way you can connect and talk to a loved one over Facetime.
You do not need to physically touch or be with someone to feel their presence or connection.
While there are many skeptics, those who have experienced a virtual class know that they are just as powerful and effective as in person sessions.
Virtual classes are very similar to in person classes.
You will lay on a flat surface (bed, yoga mat etc.) and have your phone or computer set up for a video call, ensuring your body from head to toe is visible.
Virtual classes are preferred by people who do not feel comfortable with physical touch, or would prefer to attend a class from the comfort of their own home.
Group sessions are a beautiful way to connect in community. There’s something powerful about being in a shared space with others during this experience. You may find a sense of belonging, validation, or calm simply by showing up alongside others and realizing you’re not alone. These classes are structured, supportive, and gentle, with space to go inward while being held by the collective energy of the group.
Yes. Private classes offer more personalized attention and space for deeper emotional processing. If you’re someone who wants to release emotion, speak freely, or explore things that feel vulnerable without the awareness of others present, this may be a better fit. It allows you to tailor the pace and practices entirely to your needs in that moment.

Ashley graduated from university with a Social Work degree and began her career as a child protection worker, supporting children, youth, and families experiencing abuse, mental illness, addictions, poverty, and intergenerational trauma.
After many years in a high-stress environment, the mental and emotional demands of the work began to take a toll on her physical health, and she found herself in need of rest and recovery. She booked a solo trip to Costa Rica to attend a yoga retreat, hoping to reset and step away from the intensity of her day-to-day life.
Through this experience, she realized that no amount of time away could fully resolve the stress she was carrying, as she would eventually return to the same environment and patterns of overwhelm.
Ashley made the decision to leave her career and relocate to the other side of the world in search of a slower, more aligned way of living.
After leaving her friends and family behind, she experienced firsthand the challenges of building new connections. In a world where many social events are centred around drinking, it became difficult to find spaces that felt meaningful, and aligned.
Ashley began attending run clubs, pilates and crossfit classes, where people had common interest of caring about their physical health. However, Ashley still felt a disconnect. While there was a strong focus on physical appearance and external standards, she noticed that many people were simultaneously navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm beneath the surface.
With a desire for deeper connection and community, Ashley was inspired to create a space where people could come together to focus on their mental health, and feel a sense of emotional connection so no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.
